Additional information about returns, replacements and warranty matters

Jarvis Lighting’s goal is to build quality products that create efficiently illuminated spaces. If you have an order or product issue, our goal is to resolve it as quickly and easily as possible. Please help us by following these guidelines so we can be most efficient and accurate.

  • Please include as much information as possible on your submission.
  • We strive to continually improve our operation and operate accurately but mistakes do occasionally happen. If there is a mistake on our end, let us know so we can fix it.
  • Certain products, including tenons, wall mount brackets, light poles, and photocells, cannot be returned.
  • We also try to be as flexible as possible with returns. Product that has been opened but not installed and is in perfect condition can often be returned if it is within the return period. Product
    that has been installed cannot be returned.
  • Please do not send any material back until we’ve issued an RMA number so that we can track the material in our facility.
  • We try to be as flexible as possible with minimizing restocking fees and shipping fees but we also have to balance these with our ability to offer great products at competitive prices. There may be a re-stocking fee or shipping fee for returns.
  • Our goal is to get all issues resolved quickly and correctly. We might need more information from you to make sure we understand the situation.
