NLC projects
done right.

DLC-qualified wireless controls, app-based commissioning, and a team that stays with your project through close-out.

Your Project

How every NLC project runs.

01

Scope

We review your facility, fixture count, and applicable utility incentives to build the right system.

02

Zone Plan

Control zones are mapped to your floor plan and pre-loaded into the software before anything ships.

03

Install

Fixtures go in with no control wiring. Wireless sensors and switches mount directly to the ceiling grid.

04

Commission

Open the app, tap each fixture to assign it to a zone. It blinks to confirm. No laptop or special tools needed.

05

Hand Off

Walk the finished system with the building owner, transfer dashboard access, and close out the project.

Commissioning

We configure your controls before they leave our building.

1

Your project arrives pre-built

Zones, fixture groups, schedules, and control behaviors are already programmed into the software. Your crew opens the app and everything is there.

2

Tap each fixture to assign it

Stand under a fixture, tap it in the app. It blinks. That tells you it's assigned to the right zone. One person can do a floor in under an hour.

3

Adjust light levels and behaviors

Set high-end trim, occupancy timeouts, and daylight response for each zone. Changes apply instantly — no saving, no rebooting, no delay.

4

Walk the owner through it

Show the building owner how the dashboard works, transfer access, and close out the project.

For medium and large projects in the Chicagoland area, we send a commissioning tech to your job site. For all other projects, a dedicated specialist works alongside your crew in a live session — walking through every zone until the system is verified and signed off.

Scope

Included with every NLC project.

Custom zone plan

We map fixture groupings and control behaviors to your floor plan before anything ships.

Pre-configured software

The Jarvis Link project is built and loaded. Your crew opens the app to a ready workspace, not a blank screen.

Commissioning support

On-site tech for Chicagoland projects. Live remote sessions with a dedicated specialist for everything else.

Incentive documentation

DLC qualification confirmed. Applicable NLC and LLLC programs in your utility territory identified and documented.

Named project contact

One person who knows your project from scope through close-out. Not a ticket queue.

Ongoing software access

Jarvis Link stays active after handoff. The building owner adjusts zones, schedules, and dimming anytime.
