Include as much information as possible on your submission so we can address your request accurately.
We strive to continually improve and operate accurately, but mistakes do occasionally happen. If there is a mistake on our end, let us know so we can fix it.
Certain products — including tenons, wall mount brackets, light poles, and photocells — cannot be returned.
Product that has been opened but not installed and is in perfect condition can often be returned within the return period. Installed product cannot be returned.
Do not send any material back until we've issued an RMA number so we can track it in our facility.
We try to minimize restocking and shipping fees, but there may be a restocking fee or shipping fee for returns.
We may need additional information from you to make sure we fully understand the situation.
