All Jarvis pole-mounted fixtures (JSAL, JSAL-G2, ARJ, FL-L, JF, AL, CBR series) use a 2-3/8 inch outside diameter (O.D.) round slip-fitter, which is the industry standard for commercial pole-mounted lighting. This means Jarvis fixtures are compatible with most existing pole infrastructure and third-party tenons that accept a 2-3/8 inch slip-fitter.

Can I mount multiple fixtures on one pole?

Yes. Jarvis offers twin (2-fixture), triple (3-fixture), and quad (4-fixture) tenon configurations in both 90° and 180° arrangements. A 90° twin tenon points both fixtures the same direction — useful for roadways. A 180° twin tenon points fixtures in opposite directions — useful for center-of-lot poles. Triple and quad tenons distribute fixtures around the pole for maximum coverage.

Are Jarvis tenons compatible with non-Jarvis light poles?

Yes. Jarvis square pole tenons fit most industry-standard 4-inch and 5-inch square poles. Jarvis round pole tenons fit most 4-inch and 5-inch round poles. The wall mount tenon attaches to any flat wall surface. The 2-3/8 inch O.D. slip-fitter is an industry standard — not proprietary to Jarvis.

What anchor bolt pattern do Jarvis SPL light poles use?

Jarvis SPL series square steel light poles use a bolt circle pattern that matches the included Jarvis anchor bolt sets. If you are installing a Jarvis pole on existing anchor bolts, verify that the bolt circle diameter, bolt spacing, and bolt diameter match the SPL base plate specifications before ordering. Mismatched bolt patterns are one of the most common problems contractors encounter in light pole projects.

Do I need base covers for light poles?

Base covers are optional but recommended. They conceal the anchor bolts and base plate connection for a finished appearance.
